What types of interiors do we deliver within the design & build approach?
We approach interiors through the design & build method — everything we design, we also manufacture and deliver precisely as planned. Already have a finished design? Even better — we can move straight into realization together.
We’ve been creating interiors together for decades, and there’s little that can surprise us anymore. Our complete team of designers, engineers, project managers, and carpenters will support you throughout the entire project.
And what does working with us look like?
We’ll get in touch with you by phone, in person, or online to learn about your vision for the new interior. Do you need a design from our designers, or do you already have your own? Our sales representative will go over all the details with you.
Based on all the necessary information and the interior design proposal, our cost managers will prepare a quotation for you. If you’re satisfied with it, we’ll finalize the schedule and proceed to sign the contract.
After signing the contract, you’ll meet your project manager, who will ensure a smooth process throughout the entire realization. The interior will be measured, details fine-tuned, and the final project brief prepared. Your project manager will stay with your project from start to finish.
You’ll receive the Final Project Brief — a binding document describing the technical and visual aspects of your project. The documentation includes all the information needed to ensure a smooth production process.
Our carpenters begin working on the furniture and interior elements for your project. We have our own production facility with a team of experienced professionals for whom carpentry is often a true passion. We strive for quality, sustainability, and, above all, honest craftsmanship in every detail.
The furniture is ready, and installation begins on-site. Throughout the process, we oversee assembly, agreed timelines, every detail, and the final workmanship. In commercial interior projects, installation often takes longer, and we place great importance on open communication and trust.
Together with your project manager, you’ll walk through your new interior and review the entire realization process. We stay in touch and remain available for you anytime.
