Building a modern interior based on a strong architectural concept is always a pleasure. We had the honor of realizing the ground floor of a modern family home in the beautiful setting of Popůvky near Brno, designed by architect Kateřina Horych. The homeowners — a young couple with children — were inspired by the Japandi style. This style elegantly combines Japanese minimalism and Scandinavian design, embracing the “hygge” philosophy of living. Japandi focuses on natural materials and sustainability, prioritizing quality over quantity. It is defined by clean lines, simplicity, and a harmonious color palette that creates a calm and cozy atmosphere. In our project, we implemented all the designed elements in the Japandi style, resulting in an interior that feels fresh, modern, and comfortable for everyday family life.
We are, at our core, craftsmen — masters of working with wood and creators of bespoke interiors and custom furniture. Precision and attention to detail are second nature to us. We know how to handle complex projects, and interiors where wood takes center stage are our passion — something that’s always evident in the final result. Take a look at how this entire project turned out.
