Custom Production and Delivery of Desks for Gen

The Vlněna business campus in Brno is familiar ground for us. Not long ago, we delivered the award-winning office fit-out for PKV at this very location. Recently, the Woodever joinery team returned to the site to equip the new premises for Gen, a global giant in cybersecurity.

A major part of our delivery involved the installation of height-adjustable desks featuring automatic electric frames. These sit-stand workstations allow employees to change their working posture in a matter of seconds. Alternating between sitting and standing throughout the day relieves back strain, promotes better posture, and improves both blood circulation and focus. Ultimately, these desks introduce elevated comfort and healthier habits into the team’s daily routine.

For the office’s communal breakout area, we manufactured and installed bespoke wooden tiered seating. This structure serves as an informal auditorium for company presentations, social gatherings, and internal meetups. The timber finish brings a natural warmth and coziness to the space, while the seamless integration of electrical outlets directly into the seating structure provides a highly practical detail for everyday use.
