Restaurant, café and guesthouse interior

This restaurant interior was designed by interior studio MOODEN, who took care of the whole scheme. It was a fairly extensive refurbishment, and what came out of it is a place worth the drive out of the city. Woodever worked with the studio on the fit-out of the restaurant, the café and the children’s corner.

Three things under one roof

Guests can eat, stop for coffee and stay the night — restaurant, café and guesthouse, with nothing missing. The owner and the designers built something genuinely welcoming, and we supplied the complete furniture for the restaurant and café to their drawings.

Furniture for a 50-cover restaurant and a 30-seat café had to meet the brief on design, function and materials alike. A restaurant needs a character of its own, so that people remember the room as well as the food.

A modern restaurant interior

Both the bespoke and the batch-made pieces are mostly timber. The fit-out includes multifunctional partitions — mobile units on a metal frame that divide the room and store things at the same time. The bar counters, clad in timber slats, dominate the space.

The interior is modern, with strong colour in the upholstery. The children’s corner makes it clear the restaurant is aimed above all at families.

Beds built to fit

The guesthouse got bespoke beds. Every room is different in design and in layout, so each one needed its own solution. See more of our restaurant projects.
