During the initial meeting, our sales representative will discuss your project, recommend the best approach, and guide you towards the right solution for your space.
A reliable project starts with a reliable budget. We prepare a detailed quotation that clearly outlines every item, material, and service included. You’ll know exactly what you’re paying for, giving you complete confidence in the project scope, pricing, and final investment.
Once the quotation is approved, we sign the contract and confirm the project schedule together.
From this point on, your dedicated project manager becomes your main point of contact. They coordinate communication between you, the architect, our engineering team, and production, ensuring everything runs according to plan.
The Final Project Specification is the most important milestone of the entire process. Together with your project manager, we review every detail of the project. By this stage, we’ve already completed an on-site survey, allowing us to fine-tune the original design according to the exact dimensions of the space, ensuring every element fits perfectly during installation.
Expert Consultation: Together, we go through every detail. Your project manager recommends practical technical solutions, answers your questions, and ensures everyone shares the same expectations.
Complete project specification: Every component is defined in detail. We confirm all materials, finishes, colours, fittings, and technical details before production begins.
Technical Preparation: Once the Final Project Specification is approved, the design is locked. Our engineering team then creates detailed 3D production models that serve as the basis for manufacturing.
Once everything is approved, your project moves into production. Our engineering team prepares the manufacturing documentation, and our craftsmen begin producing each individual component with precision and care.
When everything is ready, we deliver the furniture to site and our installation team completes the fit-out. Throughout the entire process, your project manager keeps you informed and coordinates every stage of the project.
