When a client comes back to us with another project, it always confirms that the work was done well. That is exactly what happened with the family firm VEOS Pospisil, which returned in 2025 asking us to extend the office interior we had built for them three years earlier.

A sound foundation you can always build on

The first phase was completed in 2022 to a design by the interior studio Mooden. VEOS already had a clear idea of how their workplace should look and wanted to furnish several offices, a meeting room and a reception, all in a natural spirit with light wood, natural colours and materials and living greenery. Accent black, a concrete render on the walls and accessories in a similar tone complete it. The contrast of materials and textures works beautifully and brings out both the professionalism and the character of the space.

An upgrade three years on

In 2025 VEOS came back to Woodever, this time to add more furniture to the offices already fitted out. The needs of the team had shifted slightly. It meant adding storage and more workstations while keeping the original character of the interior and serving what the company needs now.

We supplied furniture from our standard TYPO collection, an economical but high-quality solution. For VEOS we made it in an adjusted colour scheme that picks up the original concept: dark grey carcasses, white doors and oak-decor edging that sit beautifully with the concrete render, the timber slats and the other elements in the space.

The job also included bespoke furniture – a printer cabinet, for example, and a specific arrangement of cupboard and shelf interiors for the accounts department. All designed so the furniture matches the operational requirements exactly while complementing the office interior.

We also installed desks with mobile pedestals in the same colour scheme. Desk screens in taupe give team members more privacy and improve the acoustics of the open space.

A collaboration that continues

The VEOS project shows us that when a considered design meets precise execution and an eye for detail, the result is an interior that keeps working for years. We value the trust VEOS has shown us again.
