Six reasons to lease your interior

1.

Steady cash flow.
Spreading the cost of the fit-out into regular instalments works in favour of your cash flow.

2.

It stays off your balance sheet.
Operating lease instalments are not a financing liability. Treated as a service cost, they can improve your company’s financial ratios.

3.

Your capital stays free.
Leasing the interior lets you invest in the projects that matter instead of tying up funds in your own premises.

4.

A leased interior with
everything included.

You get the interior fully equipped. We make all the standard and non-standard designer bespoke furniture.

5.

Leasing as a route

to sustainability.
At the end of the lease you either buy the furniture or hand it back. It can then be given a second life in the spirit of sustainability.

6.

A single point of
contact.

One named person helps you manage the lease and stays your contact throughout, so you always have full visibility of the records.

What leasing furniture and fit-out
looks like in practice?

Here is how leasing an interior fit-out actually works.

Every lease is priced individually. The monthly instalment depends on the value of the fit-out, the term you choose and the residual value agreed for the end of it, so we prepare an indicative schedule for your own project rather than quoting a rate here.

A typical arrangement runs over 60 months and covers the furniture together with delivery, handling and installation. When the term ends you hand the furniture back, buy it out, or extend.

What can you lease?

Practically anything from our range of standard and bespoke furniture. Desks, cabinets, storage units, seating, kitchens, acoustic furniture and much more — anything that can be dismantled later.

At the end of the lease you can return the furniture, buy it for 10% of the original price, or extend the lease.

On every interior fit-out we look for the solution that fits your needs and the way you want to finance it.

How it works

At the start you set the lease parameters, choosing the term and the monthly instalment. After that everything runs like any other project. We manufacture, deliver and install the furniture.

A project manager is with you throughout to keep everything running smoothly. And if the interior needs extending or altering later, you know who to call.

A trend that makes sense

Leased furniture is also known as Furniture as a Service (FaaS). It’s already a standard way of financing interior fit-out across Europe, and more companies adopt it every year.

Furniture as a Service works best where the environment changes often — for growing companies, flexible offices, start-ups and public buildings. It lets you respond to what you actually need right now.

Quality furniture that respects the environment

Furniture leasing makes sense financially — and environmentally. It supports the principles of the circular economy and upcycling. The furniture stays in use for as long as possible; when the lease ends we can refurbish it, adapt it or give it a new form. That saves materials, energy and natural resources, and you contribute to a more sustainable way of fitting out interiors.
