Apartment in a 1970s housing block

For a private client we remodelled a two-room flat with a separate kitchen in a prefabricated panel block. It went through a complete renovation from the floor up — new electrical wiring, repaired plaster, ceilings dropped in plasterboard and a new masonry core that changed the whole layout. A big job, in other words.

Today the interior is led by a grey and white palette combined with oak, plus a drop of the client’s favourite colour. That one accent gives a fairly plain interior a completely different character.
