To a distinctive, playful design by an architecture studio, we built a children’s room for three. Natural, neutral tones with colourful decoration make it work equally well for girls and boys.
The room was designed to measure in warm, light shades, and it is full of non-standard details that make it genuinely one of a kind. The rounded edges on the built-in bunk bed, the wardrobes and the climbing wall soften the whole space, so it feels airy and original.
The room splits into several zones, and the sleeping area dominates. The bunk bed, with plenty of upholstered elements, doubles as a climbing frame, another place to play, or a hiding place for hide-and-seek.
We worked with good materials — plywood and extremely hard-wearing high-pressure laminate. The furniture isn’t only timeless in its decor; it’s highly functional and built to last.
Take a look at the photographs of the finished room: you can see how quickly its small residents settled in.
