What Design & Build looks like in practice
We delivered the complete office interior for Safetica across almost 1,200 m². The design was done together with the Mooden studio; project management, manufacture, delivery and installation were handled by Woodever.

We offer the full range of Design & Build services — from space planning through building works to the final furnishings and aftercare.
Project management
The job is led by an experienced project manager who knows furniture, manufacturing and installation. We watch the dates, the sequencing and the technical details from drawing to handover.
Space planning
We help you lay out the new space around how it will actually be used. We have dozens of offices, hotels, commercial premises and private interiors behind us.
Interior design
The interior design is created together with the MOODEN studio and fits your operation, your brand and your budget. Even at the design stage we are thinking about manufacture, installation and how the space will work long term.
Demolition and strip-out
We handle the demolition and strip-out needed before work starts, and prepare the space so the following trades can pick up without delay.
Disposal of old furniture
We dismantle, remove and dispose of the existing furniture, clearing the space and preparing it for the next phase.
Electrics & services
We prepare the electrical installation and building services to suit the interior, and deal with them early so they match the design, the furniture and the way the space will run.
Building and specialist works
We take on the building works the project needs, partitions and suspended ceilings included, and coordinate them so they run straight into furniture manufacture and installation.
Flooring
We specify and lay floor coverings to suit the traffic and the character of the interior, and watch the junctions with furniture, skirtings, doors and other finishing work.
Final finishes
We handle painting, wallpaper, skim coats, tiling, films and the other final surface finishes to the interior design, watching the shades, the materials, the junction details and readiness for furniture installation.
Lighting
We design and supply lighting to suit the function, the atmosphere and what the space technically allows, coordinated with the electrics, the ceilings, the furniture and the overall look.
Furnishing
We supply both standard and non-standard furniture to the design, the use and the budget. With our own factory we can also make bespoke elements that no catalogue covers.
Technology integrated into furniture
Sockets, lighting, controls and other technology can be built directly into the furniture. We plan them at the design stage so they work technically and visually.
Acoustic solutions
We design and supply acoustic panelling, zones and furniture that make the space more comfortable, taking care of how they perform, how they look and how they sit within the overall design.
Furniture leasing
Working with an international leasing company, we can deliver the furniture and fit-out without a large upfront investment.
Installation and relocation
We install the new furniture and handle the associated moves, coordinating it so handover goes as smoothly as possible.
Post-warranty service
We service and adapt the furniture after the warranty ends. We can pick up where the original job left off, find the technical records and sort repairs without guesswork.
